Our Mission
We believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. We are dedicated to empowering our residents to not just live, but to live meaningfully. Our goal is to provide a secure and welcoming space where residents can reclaim their independence while having access to optional supportive services, as needed.
Our Approach
We understand that the journey towards independence is unique for each individual. That's why we want you to come into our housing with your own trusted team. Each tenant is required to have their own case manager and/or therapist and a psychiatrist. Dont have one? No problem, we'll get you connected with a trusted partner.
While we offer daily coaching in house, we also offer in-home adjunctive services such as behavioral support, occupational support, and life skills .

We believe that supportive housing is a vital component of a comprehensive mental health system, but not everyone requires 24/7 monitoring. At Carmelo house, we offer a uniquely stuctured housing where you will receive just what you need to keep you on track, and access to more support if you need it.
